Siemens Hybrid Training

This train­ing project con­tributed to the team’s receipt of the CAM­RT-BC Award of Excel­lence. The cur­ricu­lum is designed to alle­vi­ate the stress of tech­nol­o­gists oper­at­ing a com­plex machine and reduce the error mar­gin dur­ing emer­gency oper­a­tions. It con­sists of a sequence of sev­en mod­ules to sup­port with tech­ni­cal train­ing and clear­ly calls out site spe­cif­ic recommendations.
